In the Secondary School of Food Industry realization of modular training takes place in the profession of food science. In this profession according to the new classification of vocational education, divided into two qualifications. The school qualification is K1 - Production of confectionery. Well-equipped laboratories, also thanks to projects co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, provide modern workstations. It allow students to learn by doing projects (professional tasks). Organization of education and  cooperation with companies, allows to close the educational process to the actual work process.

Problems and constraints encountered and solutions found:

The estimated effects of the implementation is the adaptation to the requirements and needs of the local economy and labor market, through the application of new concepts and technologies of education: the education system module (task).
