The planning process describes the activities that lead the agency to formulate a new project in accordance with the basic requirements.
The purpose is to plan, control and verify the planning in order to ensure that a project meets the basic data ensuring the correct definition of the interfaces and modes of communication. The criteria for the validation of the project are also set out in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the service delivery phase.

The indicators used are: Minutes of the meetings, planning forms, projects approved, implemented and validated.
The goal is to achieve at least 50% of approved projects.
