The gtw - association for training and further education (a limited liability company) is an institute for further education within the real estate industry. Founded in 1993 it is a private institute that smooths the way for skilled labour into the real estate business. In the full-time courses the participants are given new perspectives on the labour market. This is reached through personality training and coaching during the whole duration of the training course.

Process:
The quality of the education is defined over the success rate. This gives a picture of how many participants were integrated into the labour market as a result of the course. The target group is addressed quantitatively over questionnaires to the course and in a qualitative way over personal talks. After the contribution of each lecturer questionnaires are collected to evaluate the contribution of the individual lecturer, as well as at the end of the training course of the whole course, and also of individual activities. Thus a comprehensive review is achieved over the evaluation of the quality of the courses and also over the organization and service from the staff members during the course.

The staff members of gtw and lecturers distribute and collect questionnaires to the participants, and keep personal talks to each participant to get to know their opinion to the education.

Evaluation and Review:
After the participant has finished the training course the career path of the earlier participant is followed up through questionnaires and talks. Through this is evaluated, in how far the participation in the course was of use for the integration into the labour market. The results of the enquiry are carefully analyzed and pictured in statistics.
Furthermore the training courses of the gtw are certified through the “admission and admittance regulation of further education” (AZWV), i.e. the good quality of the training courses are examined by an independent external body. Besides content and composition of the course, also its price and efficiency is checked and approved in regular audits.
The quality of a course is constituted through a well through-out didactics and an absorbing methodology, and especially also through personal assistance and support. In an intensive process gtw works with each individual participant to enable him or her to use his new knowledge in the process of application for a work and in the professional experience.
