In the two-weeks courses the seminar leader also distributes and collects a questionnaire to the organization and support to the seminar participants.

Responsible:

Responsible is the respective seminar leader, and in the end the academy director. Critisism is expressed and worked on within the whole team.

Evaluation and Review:

In 2009 the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich (Institution of Communication Science and Media Research) conducted a survey on behalf of ABP. Hereby the seminar participants answered a questionnaire, which was developed together with the ABP. The survey was carried through between March and November 2009. The results of the survey gives a picture of the information paths of the participants, strengths and weaknesses of ABP and of the individual seminars.

A comprehensive survey was striven for and the response rate was 1100 filled in questionnaires. The survey was carried through in all seminars within the period of examination.

The questionnaire covered the following themes: information about ABP, strengths and weaknesses of ABP and suggestions for improvement, reasons for choosing the course, strengths and weaknesses of the course, earlier participation in courses arranged by the ABP and further education measures besides ABP. This questionnaire was completed by an extensive battery of questions to sociodemography, which besides the usual questions to age, gender and education (including university education) also contained questions to the job situation and field of activity.

The data set was evaluated at the Institution of Communication Science and Media Research , whereupon besides frequency analysis also analysis of correlation and surveys on smaller groups was undertaken.
