ECONT is a private, independent institute that since 1994 has spezialised in the teaching of business administration and management themes to skilled labour and executives within the health and social sector. The institute also has a consulting service with an expert team to the questions of: strategy and organization development, profitability analysis, quality management systems, process optimization, carrying through of interviews, personnel development, marketing strategies and publicity.

Process:

The ECONT institute is certfied according to the „admission and admittance regulation of further education“ (AZWV) at the certifying association CertEuropA limited liability company. The approval of the measurements (education) carried through by the company is done in the following way. 1. Notice is given about the measure which shall be certified (excel-list) 2. CertEuropA makes a reference choice 3. The educational institution submits descriptions of measurements, cost calculations and all verification to the reference choice 4. The submitted documents are checked 5. If necessary the educational measures are examined on site by an auditor or auditteam 6. The auditor writes an audit report and issues an approval of the measurement after a quality inspection of CertEuropA 7. Dismissal of the certificate for the measurement (The period of validity of the certificate is 3 years after issue date, may however only be carried through in connection with a valid bearer authorization) 8. The approved measurement is announced to the approving authority of the Federal Employment Office.

Through the certification ECONT is authorized to receive Coupons of Education (Bildungsgutscheine) issued by the Employment Agency. They cover 100% of the costs of the training course and are issued by the Employment Agency on the place of residence of the applicant.

Evaluation and Review:

The bearer authorization – certification - (of the company, done by the certifying association CertEuropA) is carried through in the following way: 1. A self-disclosure form is sent to CertEuropA by the company 2. CertEuropA issues a tailored offer for the authorization 3. An agreement is signed 4. The application documents are sent to CertEuropA for the realization of the certification procedures 5. CertEuropA examines the application documents 6. An auditor or auditteam render an expert opinion over the company on site 7. The auditor writes an audit report and a certification board issues the bearer authorization after a quality inspection of CertEuropA 8. A bearer certificate with a period of validity of three years is issued 9. An annual review (control audit) takes place according to § 11 (1) of the “admission and admittance regulation of further education” (AZWV) 10. Before expiry of the validity of the certificate a re-certification must take place (according to § 11 AZWV).
