BEQUAL is a European platform dedicated to quality assurance and benchmarking in vocational education and training and in work-based learning (for educational institutions and companies).
BEQUAL provides resources and benchmarking tools, for the quality assurance and continuous improvement of organisations involved in vocational education and training, in work-based learning and in e-learning.
BEQUEL is a tool dedicated to quality assurance and benchmarking in vocational education and training in e-learning (for educational institutions).
There are four different benchmarking tools, available in BEQUAL platform:
- Quality assurance in apprenticeships and work-based learning (tool for companies)
- Quality assurance in apprenticeships and work-based learning (tool for educational institutions)
- Quality assurance in Vocational Education and training (tool for educational institutions)
- Quality assurance in Vocational Education and training (tool for e-learning)
- Policy makers and stakeholders, who can find statistics, articles and links to base their policies.
- VET institutions, who can use the benchmarking tools, read good practices or contribute with their own and be promoted in the platform.
- Companies involved in work-based learning
- Use the benchmarking tools, identify your strong and weak points and improve your organisation
- Browse our rich resources, you will find good practices, articles, videos, documents and links related to quality in vocational education and training and work-based learning.

The four different benchmarking tools are:
- the new tool addressing Quality Assurance in e-learning (for educational institutions). It has been developed in the framework of the BEQUEL project.
- two tools addressing Quality Assurance in Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning (for educational institutions and companies). They have been developed in the framework of the Bequal.app project.
- an older tool addressing Vocational Education and Training institutions. It has been developed in the framework of the BEQUAL project (2008) and expanded in the framework of the projects BEQUAL+ (2011), EXPANDVET (2012) and BEQUAL.net (2014).
