As part of teaching the Integrated Management Systems subject, teachers used IMS-RPS, which was developed at the Technical University even before the Covid-19 pandemic. The mission of IMS-RPS is to provide interested parties (in our case, students) with the opportunity to experiment under the guidance of a teacher with a selected model of the organization's management system in a situation similar to the reality that occurs during the development and implementation of a specific management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 or the integrated management system model.

The purpose of IMS-RPS is experimentation with a pre-selected management system model for a fictitious or real organization, acceptance of management system processes by players (students), creation of essential documentation of the management system, acceptance of management system processes by players (students), simulate an internal audit and test its functioning for good organizational governance.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have modified the IMS-RPS in the Teams TUKE environment so that students can maintain good concentration and attention for as long as necessary.

The individual stages of the IMS-RPS had a schedule that students had to follow. After introducing the role-play by the teacher, the students had to modify their approach to managerial behaviour and change to a managerial style of clothing. Problems and constraints encountered and solutions found

IMS-RPS can only be used under the guidance of a teacher from the Technical University of Košice (TUKE), but a TUKE representative can also train other teachers.
