Yearly improvement of appreciation sheets
Baseline / problem
We have had appreciation sheets with too many items. We have a lot of information in them but most of it we cannot use it because it's not a priority for the organisation. It takes a lot of time to read the appreciations, to classify them and then to finally decide that we cannot do anything.
Good practice: (Measures, instruments, criteria, indicators)
We rebuild each year the appreciation sheet by including only items that we are certain that are important and included in the strategy of our organisation. Year after year, we bring progressively pratical solutions to some aspects of the training. This way we do not have to reject some solutions and employees are no longer embarrassed before the point of view of trainees.
