Vocational training has to continuously adapt to the requirements of the labour market. Without perpetual effort to update competences, methods and curricula, vocational training has a very short time to obsolescence.

The course materials are designed starting from the training curriculum based on the occupational standard.

The training curriculum has the aim to contribute to the students’ faster adaptation to the permanent evolution of the world.

The training curriculum complies with the European development directions which envisage creativity and innovation, and the practices of vocational training for the occupations of agricultural mechanic and trainer observe the European and international practices in the respective area.

At the same time, the quality of the vocational training is assured by conforming with the good practice models which envisage the quality of continuous education and vocational training.

The organisation embarks on the identification of quality practices and models. The analysis refers to models and practices of quality assurance including quality assurance procedures, criteria, indicators, mechanisms and tools. The persons responsible for the process of continuous education and vocational training are the representatives of the organisational quality management, the head of the Professional Training Center and the trainers.
